Brahmagiri is a beautiful mountain range in the western ghats, situated between the borders of Kerala and Karnataka. It is one of the exciting trail paths for trekkers as the trail follows a dense forest beautiful meadows with high chances and of wild animal sighting.

2:00 PM- Reporting at Thirunelly campsite.
2.30- Fresh up
3:00- Icebreaking.
4:00- Tea & Snacks
4:30- Stream bath
6:30- Campfire, Barbeque

9:30- Tent sleep

6:00 AM- Wake-up call
6:30- Black Tea
7:30- Breakfast
8:00- Trekking starts. packed lunch will be provided.
4:00 PM- Tea & starting back to Kozhikkode
9:00 PM – Drop off at Kozhikkode Railway station /Bus stand

Why the joining point Kozhikkode?

As people are joining from different places, it’s difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. You can keep your backpack at a tent and carry small one day pack during the trek.

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No, blankets and other necessities will provide

Can I take my kid along with me in this trip?

Yes, if he/she is above 9yr

Will there be leeches?

It’s depending on the weather. If it’s sunny, there will not be much but still as we are camping in the forest, we can expect leaches as it’s their territory. But the campsite will provide leach socks which will help to an extent

When should I book my return tickets from Kozhikkode?

It’s better to book train / Bus around 10 PM keeping an hour buffer from our reaching time

COVID Exclusive Terms & Conditions

If the travellers who have registered and paid for the trip, are tested COVID Positive, anytime before the trip begins, the full amount already paid for the trip will be refunded, provided that the person submits adequate proof of them being tested positive (the COVID positive certificate from appropriate authority with the correct date, time and other particulars required to authenticate the same)

If the area from which a traveller is coming, has been categorised as containment zone, due to which the traveller is not able to join the trip, then full amount already paid, shall be refunded, provided, relevant and authentic proof for the area being containment Zoned, is produced by the traveller as evidence for the cancellation of the trip.

Note: Please note that the dates mentioned in the above two situations should be relevant to the dates of the Trips and the evidence submitted should be genuine and authenticated by the appropriate authority. Otherwise, the general cancellation policy shall apply.

A self-declaration has to be submitted by every traveller joining the trip, regarding their ultimate responsibility of ensuring that they are COVID negative before they join the trip

Cancellation Terms and Policy

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

Other Terms

Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveller.
Our team reserves the right to change the plan in case there is danger involved for the group.
No show and trip changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
