Why the joining point is Pondicherry why not anywhere in Kerala ?

As people are joining from different part of India its difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Offcourse, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay at each places you can keep the bag at your room.

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

Can I take my kid along with me in this trip?

Yes , you can.

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

Could you please help me to make plans to reach Pondicherry?

Pondicherry is well connected with buses and trains, though we dont have direct trains from Kerala. If you are coming by train, you have to opt Villupuram railway station and from there get next train to Pondichhery or buses to Pondicherry (Please see https://www.irctc.co.in/ for more option)
In this cases buses more convenient, If you go through any online bus booking sites as RedBus,MakemyTrip, GoiBibo.com etc you can see options to see come directly to Pondicherry

COVID Exclusive Terms & Conditions

If the travellers who have registered and paid for the trip, are tested COVID Positive, anytime before the trip begins, refund will be as per the normal cancellation policy

If the area from which a traveller is coming, has been categorised as a containment zone, due to which the traveller is not able to join the trip, refund will be as per the normal cancellation policy

In case if the trip is cancelled due to the destination being containment zoned or such covid scenario due to which it is impossible to visit, then, 50% of the trip amount will be refunded to the travellers. (The trip amount includes only the trip cost of Rs. 3500)

Cancellation Terms and Policy

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

Other Terms

Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveller.
Our team reserves the right to change the plan in case there is danger involved for the group.
No show and trip changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
