Know before you go

  • International / Domestic flights are not included in the package.
  • Visa fee at IDR 500,000 net/person (approximately at USD 35 to USD 40 /pax subject to the exchange rates fluctuation), payable at Bali Airport
  • From February 14, 2024, international visitors to Bali will be subject to a one-time fee of IDR 150,000 (USD 10). Travelers are encouraged to conveniently settle this payment via the Love Bali website or App prior to their arrival (https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/)
  • Please depart on suggested timings to avoid any inconvenience.
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
  • Make sure your Passport has 6 months validity on your arrival time at Bali
  • Pick up from the airport on Day 1 is at 02:30PM and we have only drop off on the last day. Anyone who wants to leave early or late, can arrange their transportation on their own with the help of Buddy.
  • The package cost is included 5% TCS which you can reimburse during your Tax returns and this needs your PAN Card. For those who don't have a PAN Card, have an additional payment of 2,134rs is required. So it's always convenient to have a PAN card for international travel.
Itinerary

Day 1 : May 3, 2025

Arriving in Bali and picking up from the airport by 02:30PM. Check into the Hotel in Kuta/Seminyak. Spent the rest of the day leisurely with an evening walk around local streets.

Day 2 : May 4, 2025

On this day we will be exploring Kanto lampo waterfalls which is 11km North East to Kuta and then will head to one of the major landmarks in Bali, Tanah lot Temple. It’s nearly 2hr drive from Kuta and we will be coming back to the hotel after the beautiful sunset from the Tanah Lot
Overnight at Kuta/Seminyak

Day 3 : May 5, 2025

We’ll kick off our itinerary with Lemapuyang, a renowned landmark in Bali which is eastern side of the island. As there’s typically a long queue, we’ll begin our day quite early, followed by a visit to see the largest hindu temple in Balinese, Besakih temple. Journey will be quite long as day before’s. You will see the Mount Agung just behind the temple if the sky is clear.

Day 4 : May 6, 2025

On this day we will be exploring around Ubud and leaving hotel after the breakfast

Taman Ayun Temple
Goa Gajah Caves
We’ll conclude our sightseeing before evening, allowing you time to explore shopping in local streets. Later, back at the hotel, a special Balinese dance event is scheduled for the evening.
Overnight at Kuta/Seminyak

Day 5 : May 7, 2025

On this day we will be exploring central Bali and one of the major attractions in the country, that’s is Ulun Bratan Temple. Its nearly a 2hr journey from our hotel and after Ulun Bratan we will be heading to Nung nung waterfalls. Nung Nung is one of the offbeat destinations in Bali and also you need to climb down 400-500 steps to see these wild waterfalls. Those who have difficulty in walking or climbing can wait in the vehicle or at the starting point of the steps.
Overnight at Kuta/Seminyak

Day 6 : May 8, 2025

On this day we will vacate Bali Hotel and leave for Nusa Peninda. The boat journey from Bali island to Nusa penida is nearly 30-45 minutes. The hotel check in time is 12:00PM. We keep our bags at reception and head to sightseeing on the west side of Nusa Penida

Day 7 : May 9, 2025

On this day we will head to the east side of Nusa penida

On this day we will check out from Nusa Penida and we will head back to Bali. We will reach before evening and check into the hotel. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the local market one more time before you leave the country the next morning.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who is in for this trip. There you can see

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay at each place you can keep the bag in your room.

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Do I need to take a VISA before the trip?

No. Bali has VISA on arrival. There will be immigration counter at the airport where you can share your details and get a VISA. More details such as Hotel address and all will be provided later in the group. You MUST have a passport with 6 months validity for visa on arrival

Will I get a new local SIM there?

Yes from the Airport itself you will get SIM cards and there are 2 shops. All you need is your Passport. They will activate connection without any delay

How much cash should I carry? And is it possible to withdraw money from their ATMs?

You can convert Indian Rupees to USD. Its easy to carry and exchange in Bali. As we are staying in Kuta/Seminyak, there is alots of Shops to exchange cash. If you do any card swiping or ATM withdrawal (if your card has an international transactions facility), it will take 30% as service charge

To where should I book air ticket and by what time should I reach?

From south India Kochi is the most convenient airport to book airtickets to Bali (Denpasar Airport). Other South Indian airports have rates higher compared to Kochi. If you land in Bali before 02:30PM, there will be arrangement for airport pick up else you have to manage your own

Can I pay the total amount as installments?

Yes, after an advance payment of 8,000rs you can pay monthly a small amount towards the balance payment as following
5th Feb 2024 – 12500rs
5th Mar 2024 – 12500rs
5th Apr 2024 – 12500rs
** Any failure to pay EMI on time will lead to cancellation of registration without refund

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
