Why is the meeting point at Thampanoor?
As participants are coming from various locations, it is not feasible to arrange pick-ups from multiple points. Therefore, Thampanoor Railway Station is the designated meeting point.
Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city
Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
Yes, you will need to carry a small day pack with snacks and water during the trip.
How much is the advance payment?
The advance payment is Rs. 1500.
Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
Yes, children are welcome:
Kids below 4 years: Free
Kids aged 4-8 years: Rs 1000
Children above 8 years: Same rate as adults
When should I book my return tickets from Thampanoor?
It is advisable to book your return train or bus tickets after 10:00 PM to allow for some buffer time.
Is there an age limit for this trip?
No, there is no age limit. Everyone is welcome to join.
For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
