Why is the joining point is Ernakulam, why not anywhere in Kerala?

It’s the nearest convenient starting point for the trip to keep the schedule and not all are joining from Kerala, there are people from other states too. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay, you can keep the bag in your room and Day 02, After check out keep the bags in tempo traveller

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

We don’t recommend kids in this trip due to limitations in the stay. From age group 5 above you can pay full amount as adults

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No hotel will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

Will, there be a signal for the mobile network?

Not all places but still you can get connected with family

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: Cancellation charges will be the initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge, with no refund provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, lockdowns, or any other contingencies.
