Know before you go

  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Traveller littering may be fined.
  • We will not be waiting for late running trains and buses, please prepare and book accordingly
  • Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited in our trip
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
  • Carry a refillable water bottle.
  • We will be journeying to a remote area where there are no shops offering food or snack supplements. Therefore, we kindly request that you bring your preferred snacks or fruits to enjoy during the trip.
  • We will be traveling in an open pickup van from the base of the hill to Kundadri, as there are no other modes of transport available and buses do not go to the top of the hill.
  • ⁠⁠Since this is a monsoon trip, it will not be canceled due to rain unless road conditions become impassable or travel is deemed unsafe. In the event of a cancellation for such reasons, our standard refund policy will apply — no refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, lockdowns, or other emergencies.

Why is the joining point in Ernakulam, why not anywhere in Kerala?

Since participants are joining the trip from various parts of Kerala and even from outside the state, door-to-door pickup isn’t feasible. Instead, we’ve arranged a common pickup point that is conveniently accessible by both train and bus.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city.

⁠Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

Yes, you should carry a small day pack with snacks and a water bottle along with you during the walk.

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
