Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur

  • Pick up from Jaipur Airport at 4:00 PM. Early arrivals can check in at the hotel by 12 PM and explore the city on their own.
  • Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 2: Jaipur Exploration

  • Visit Amer Fort, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort, and City Palace.
  • Evening dinner at a local restaurant followed by an overnight drive to Jaisalmer.

Day 3: Jaisalmer Adventures

  • Explore Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli.
  • Head to Sam Sand Dunes for a Camel and Jeep Safari, followed by camping under the stars with Appooppanthaadi.

Day 4: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

  • Visit the IA Museum in Jaisalmer.
  • Drive to Jodhpur, check in at the hotel.

Day 5: Jodhpur to Udaipur

  • Explore Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada.
  • Drive to Udaipur with an optional stop at Ranakpur

Day 6: Udaipur Discovery

  • Visit Lake Pichola, Jag Mandir, City Palace, Ambrai Ghat, and Fateh Sagar Lake.

Day 7: Departure from Udaipur

  • Check out by 9:00 AM and drop off at Udaipur Airport. Continue your journey with Appooppanthaadi if desired.

As participants are joining from across India, a centralized pickup is more manageable.

Will I have companions from my city?

Yes, after registration, you’ll be added to a group with other Appooppanthaadi travelers where you can connect with fellow participants.

Do I need to carry my bags everywhere?

No, your bags can be left in your hotel room during stays.

Should I bring my own blankets?

No, all necessary bedding will be provided by the hotels.

Can I bring my child?

Yes, children below 2 years travel free. Children aged 2-5 years are charged INR 10,000 without a seat or extra bed.

What time should I reach Jaipur?

Airport pickup is at 4:00 PM. Early or late arrivals should make their own arrangements to reach the hotel.

When should I book my return ticket?

Book your return for the day after the trip ends (Day 7).

Will there be stops for food?

Yes, the group will stop at restaurants for meals.

  • 14 to 8 Days Before Departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Within 8 Days of Departure: 100% cancellation charges apply with no refunds.
