Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Traveller littering may be fined.
We will not be waiting for late running trains and buses, please prepare and book accordingly
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited in our trip
The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.

7. On day 1, for freshen up we will be getting 4-5 rooms and rooms will be allocating in the evening. On day 2, after sunrise trip and breakfast, we will check out and keep the bags in 2-3 rooms. The same room will be using for freshen up in the evening
Do not climb on monuments, as this could damage historical structures.
Expect occasional water and electricity shortages due to the region’s natural limitations.

Day 1
07:45 AM: Meet at Hosapet Railway Station and transfer to the hotel. Freshen up before the adventure begins.

Evening: Dinner and overnight stay in Hampi.
Day 2
05:00 AM: Early risers can join a sunrise trek to Mathanga Hills. (Optional)
Return to the homestay for breakfast, freshen up, and prepare for another day of sightseeing.
Sightseeing:
Achyutaraya Temple
Hemakuta Hills
Evening: Check out of the homestay and transfer to Hosapet Railway Station. Estimated arrival: 8:00 PM.

Why is the pick-up point Hosapet and not Kerala?
Since travelers are joining from across India, it’s challenging to manage pick-ups from various locations. Therefore, Hosapet is the common meeting point
Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city
Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
No, you can leave your bags at the hotel after check-in.
Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
Yes, children are welcome.
0-3 years: Free (no bed, no seat)
3-7 years: ₹2,500 (no bed)
Above 7 years: Full price, same as adults
What’s the weather like in Hampi during this time?
Expect cool weather with a slight chance of rain.
What if I cancel my trips after paying the advance payment?
Refund is strictly on the cancellation policy. So kindly read it before making any payment
How to Reach Hosapet?
The Hampi Express departs from Bangalore at 10 PM and reaches Hosapet by 7:10 AM.
Alternatively, buses are available between Hosapet and Hampi.
From Kerala, you must first reach Bangalore by bus or train. You can either stay overnight near the station or arrange for accommodation with our assistance.
For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
