Know before you go

  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Traveller littering may be fined.
  • We will not be waiting for late running trains and buses, please prepare and book accordingly
  • Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited in our trip
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
  • Carry a refillable water bottle.
  • 7. On day 1, for freshen up we will be getting 4-5 rooms and rooms will be allocating in the evening. On day 2, after sunrise trip and breakfast, we will check out and keep the bags in 2-3 rooms. The same room will be using for freshen up in the evening
  • Do not climb on monuments, as this could damage historical structures.
  • Expect occasional water and electricity shortages due to the region’s natural limitations.
Itinerary

Day 1

Our departure from Hosapet railway station is scheduled for 07:45 AM. Upon arrival at hotel, we’ll check in and have time to freshen up.
Sightseeing for Day 1:

Dinner and over night stay at Hampi

Day 2

After breakfast, depart from Hospet for Badami (approximately a 2-hour drive).
Explore the following attractions: Aihole Museum, Durga Temple, Sri Ladakhan Temple, the Group of Monuments at Pattadakkal, Sri Jaina Narayana Temple, Badami Archaeological Museum, Cave Temples, and Sri Bhoothanatha Gudi.
Return to your hotel in Hospet by 8:00 PM.

Day 3

We’ll commence the day with a sunrise hike to Mathanga Hills. Everyone should prepare by 5:00 AM. Those wishing to remain at the hotel can do so.
After sunrise we will come back to home stay, freshen up and have breakfast before heading for sightseeing
Sightseeing for Day 2:

•⁠ ⁠Hemakuda Hills
In the evening, we’ll return to the homestay, check out, and then proceed to Hosapet Railway Station. We anticipate reaching the station by 8 PM.

Why is the pick-up point Hosapet and not Kerala?

Since travelers are joining from across India, it’s challenging to manage pick-ups from various locations. Therefore, Hosapet is the common meeting point

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No, you can leave your bags at the hotel after check-in.

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

How to reach Hospet

There is Hampi Express starting from Bangalore at 10 PM and reaching Hospet by 7.10 AM. Also, there are buses running between Hospet and Hampi. You can visit www.irctc.co.in for train booking and bus bookings at http://www.ksrtc.in/oprs-web/
Trains which reach Hosapet from Bangalore are:-
Train Number 16592, Which starts from SBC station of Bangalore (KSR) by 09:50PM and reaches Hosapet by 7:25AM next day
How to reach Hospet from Kerala:
First you need to reach Bangalore by bus/train. You may reach by morning and you can stay somewhere nearby to the station or ask for help from us for a stay or can use the railways stations dormitory facility too.

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
