  • No show and changes/cancellation of trip due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
  • Flight charges are non refundable. Refund policy is applicable only for trip cost.

  • Any schedule changes caused by weather issues are not the responsibility of Appooppanthaadi.
  • Appooppanthaadi shall not be held liable if any documents are rejected by government authorities for any reason.
  • In the case of any delay due to the traveller, i.e., any delay by the person travelling, has to be made good by the person herself, and Appooppanthaadi shall not be held liable in any way for the same or for any inconvenience caused to the fellow travellers due to the delay caused.
  • Any date changes of the trip due to technical or unforeseen reasons shall not be Appooppanthaadi's liability.

Itinerary

DAY 1

After reaching Agatti Airport, our team will receive you and will make the road transfer to the villa. After lunch, you can proceed for a half-day island sight-seeing. Feel the tradition, customs, and culture of the local people of Lakshadweep.

DAY 2: Activities Day

After breakfast, enjoy snorkeling and kayaking activities at a relaxed and enjoyable pace.

DAY 3: Agatti to Kalpitty Island, uninhabited island

After breakfast, you can try water sports such as Scuba Diving(optional). After lunch, you will make a transfer to Kalpitty Island on a boat, which takes 45 minutes, where you can enjoy the beauty of sunset. After sunset, proceed back to Agatti island for the night.

DAY 4

This is the final day of the Lakshadweep trip. After breakfast Transfer to Agatti Airport for your return flight home with sweet memories.

Why is Kochi the joining point?

As people are joining from different parts of India, it is difficult to manage them. And also, all flights from Kerala to Lakshadweep are from Kochi, and from other locations, their connections also come from Kochi. So basically everyone meets at Kochin Airport

Is this trip by ship or flight?

It’s by flight.

Will I get any companions to travel with me from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will be added to the group of travellers who are signed up for this trip. There you can see other people who are travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. For the entire trip we are staying at the same place

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes , you can and charges are applicable as per the age

How to apply for PCC?

It’s different from different locations. It seems much easier in Kerala when compared to other states. Those from Kerala can apply via https://thuna.keralapolice.gov.in/ . Those who wish to join from other states, requesting to check with their local police station and register for the same. Those who are residing outside Kerala and have Aadhar card with Kerala address also can apply via the same link share above.

Monthly installments are available?

Yes. It is as follows

Advance: 50% of trip cost
10th June 2026: 50% of balance trip cost

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
