Know before you go

  • ⁠Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reasons like: election card, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhar
  • ⁠In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear such problems as may arise during the tour
  • The weather is unpredictable. Tulip Garden will open for visitors on March 27. If the weather is not favourable or in adverse condition, this may open early or late which will have changes in our itinerary as well.
  • Only postpaid SIM will work in Jammu and Kashmir. Or you can get a local prepaid connection from Jammu and Kashmir which will work during this trip.
  • Pony rides are not included in the package
  • We will have one pick up from the airport at 4pm. This will change according to the arrival time of travellers and please wait for your fellow travellers once you reach the airport for the group pick up. Drop off on 6th is at 10AM. Anyone those who want to leave early or late, can arrange their transportation on their own with the help of Buddy.
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
Itinerary

Day 1 (April 01)- Arrive in Srinagar by 4 PM and check in to your hotel.

If you arrive early, you are free to spend the day at your leisure.

Day 2 (April 02)

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Gulmarg (8,700 ft / 2,652 m; approx. 1.5–2 hours drive), famously known as the “Meadow of Flowers.” Experience the Gulmarg Gondola, which takes you to the upland meadows of Kongdori and onward to the Apharwat Range at 14,000 ft, offering stunning Himalayan views in summer and skiing in winter. (Gondola tickets and other activities in Gulmarg are not included in the package.)

Day 3 (April 03)

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg (“Meadows of Gold”), located at the head of the Sindh Valley (approx. 2–2.5 hours’ drive). The scenic drive offers breathtaking views of the countryside. Surrounded by pine forests and mountains rising up to 5,300 meters, Sonamarg is divided by a spur of the Thajwas Range. Known as the Gateway to Leh and Ladakh, it marks the start of an enchanting journey into a natural wonderland. Rides and activities in Sonamarg are not included in the package.

Day 4 (April 04)

Journey from Srinagar to Pahalgam in about 2–3 hours, passing scenic rivers and pine-lined valleys. Explore the stunning Aru, Betaab, and Chandanwari (ABC) Valley for unforgettable views. After a day of serene landscapes and fresh mountain air, relax with a peaceful overnight stay in charming Pahalgam (Rides and activities in valley not included in the package)

Day 5 (April 05)

Check out from your Pahalgam hotel and drive 2–3 hours to Srinagar. Enjoy local sightseeing, including the vibrant Tulip Garden and serene Mughal gardens. Conclude your day with a peaceful evening shikara ride on Dal Lake, soaking in the tranquil beauty before settling in for a relaxed night in the city.

Day 6 (April 06)

You may book your return tickets for this day, and we will arrange your airport drop-off by 10:00 AM.

To where and when should we reach and also return?

You have to reach Srinagar on day 1 before 2:00PM.

Do I need to be highly fit for this trip?

No but you need to be fit with daily routines of work outs. We will help you if you are a beginner in this.

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

Yes, You have to carry your bags everywhere

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No. The campsite will provide blankets and other necessities for the stay

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
