  • All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks and bad weather
  • Any kind of cost which is not included in "Inclusions" above
  • Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveller.
  • No show and changes/cancellation of trip due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

Know before you go

  • Please stick to time schedule as its a two day trip covering multiple destinations
  • Carry a water bottle so that you can refill
  • We will stick to our time schedule and we will not be waiting for any late running trains/buses. Please book your tickets accordingly
  • No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused
  • We will allotted with 4 rooms to freshen up on day 1 and the rest of the rooms will be allotted by evening
  • We are travelling in AC seater buses. However there are sleeper bus options other than from Trivandrum.
  • All travellers are expecting to travel togather in same bus. In any other case, we will arrange another bus with similar timing.
  • In case the bus provider cancels the ticket, rebooking will be subject to seat availability. If there is a fare difference during rebooking, the passenger will need to bear the additional cost.
  • There will be no refund of the trip cost in case the bus gets cancelled.
Itinerary

Day 01

02:00 PM : Journey begin from Trivandrum (7PM from Kochi, 9PM from Thrissur, 12:00AM from Kozhikkode). Enroute Dinner (Not included in the package). Over night journey in AC Seater bus.

Day 02

08:30 AM : Reaching Kollur and Check in at the hotel

09:30 AM : After freshening up breakfast

10:30 AM : Departure to Kudajadri Hills (via jeep).

06:30 PM : Coming back to Kollur and having a late lunch

07:30 PM : Visiting Souparnika

08:30 PM : Dinner

Day 03

06:00 AM : Mookambika Temple Visit

08:00 AM : Breakfast

09:30 PM : Check out from hotel after early lunch to head to Murudeshwar (Subject to time availability.)

10:30 PM : Murudeshwar

02:30 PM : Return journey start from Kollur (Reaching Kozhikkode 10PM, Reaching Thrissur next day 12:30AM, Reaching Kochi next day 02:00AM andReaching Trivandrum next day 6AM)

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who are travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During your stay, you can keep the bag in your room.

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes but the charges depend on the age group

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No hotel will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

It’s strictly as per the cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

Cancellation Policy
  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: Cancellation charges will be the initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge, with no refund provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, lockdowns, or any other contingencies.
