Itinerary

Day 1 : Jan 23 - Chandigarh Airport Pickup

Chandigarh Airport Pickup: Afternoon, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Proceed to Manali after the airport pickup and reach by around 11:00 PM. Overnight stay in Manali.

Dinner will be provided upon arrival in Manali.

Day 2 – 24 January: Manali Local Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel at 8:30 AM
Start Manali local sightseeing at 10:00 AM

  • Visit:
    • Hadimba Temple
    • Club House
    • Vashisht Temple – famous for its hot sulphur springs
    • Manali Mall Road
    • Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar, which can be visited on foot from Mall Road

Overnight stay in Manali

Day 3 – 25 January: Snow Point & Solang Valley

Breakfast at the hotel at 8:30 AM

  • Visit Solang Valley and nearby snow points.

  • If sufficient snow is not available at Solang Valley, an alternative snow point will be arranged depending on the prevailing conditions.

Overnight stay in Manali

Day 4 – 26 January: Manali to Shimla

Hotel check-out at 9:00 AM

  • Proceed towards Shimla
  • En-route visits around Kullu:
    • Paragliding Point
    • River Rafting Point
    • Shawl Factory
  • Lunch at Kullu
  • Continue to Shimla and reach by approximately 11:00 PM

Overnight stay in Shimla

Day 5 – 27 January: Shimla Local Sightseeing

Visit Shimla local attractions:

    • Shimla Ridge Maidan – accessible by lift
    • Explore Shimla Mall Road
    • Jakhu Temple – accessible by ropeway

Note: Expenses for activities and local sightseeing in Shimla, including the lift and ropeway, are not included in the package.

Day 6 – 28 January: Shimla to Chandigarh Airport

Why is the pick-up point in Chandigarh and not Kerala?

As participants are joining from various parts of India, it is not feasible to arrange pick-ups from all locations.

Will I have companions travelling from my city?

Yes, once registered and paid, you will be added to the traveller group, where you can see others joining from your city.

Do I need to carry my bags everywhere?

No, your luggage can remain in your room during your stay.

Should I bring a blanket?

No, the hotel will provide pillows, blankets, and all essentials for your stay.

Can I bring my child on this trip?

Yes, children are welcome.

Cancellations follow the policy below, so please review it before making any payments.

Can I pay the amount in instalments?

Yes, the installment plan is as follows:
•⁠ ⁠Advance: ₹5200
•⁠ ⁠November 5, 2026: ₹7000
•⁠ ⁠Decmeber 5, 2026: ₹6500
•⁠ ⁠January 5, 2027: ₹6500
Failure to adhere to the installment schedule will result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a 25% charge as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days of departure will incur a 100% charge, with no refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, or other emergencies.
