Price Excludes

  • All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks and bad weather
  • Any kind of cost which is not included in "Inclusions" above
  • Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveller.
  • No show and changes/cancellation of trip due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

Know before you go

  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
  • Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular or another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill
  • Smoking and Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our trip.
  • We have only 2 A frame which can accommodate 6 pax (3 pax in a A frame) and 8 Loghouse which can accommodate 16pax (2 in one log house). Seats are on first pay first serve basis.
  • Water is usually available at the waterfall in November, but if the weather turns dry, the water level may fluctuate
Itinerary

Day 1

09:30 AM – Pickup from Ernakulam South Railway station
12:00 PM – Bhoothathankettu
01:30 PM – Lunch
04:00 PM – Check-in at Camp
Roam around the camp, enjoy the beauty around.
Natural Pond
Sunset
Dinner

Day 2

05.30 AM – Sunrise trek (800 metres)
08.00 AM – Breakfast
08.30 AM – Trek to waterfalls
11.30 AM – Back to camp and checkout by 12 PM
After an early lunch, on the way back we will visit Inchathotti hanging bridge.
Reach Ernakulam around 6.30 PM
Please book your return train/bus with 1-2hr buffer time with arrival time.

Why is the joining point in Ernakulam, why not anywhere in Kerala?

This is the most convenient starting point to keep the schedule on track. Since not everyone is joining from Kerala—there are participants from other states as well. Ping us in 8078388133 to get a travel companion

Does this trip include trekking?

Yes. But for those don’t want to do this trek can stay back at camp.

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. You can keep the bags in the Loghouse/A frame

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No, sleeping necessities will provide

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

How much should I pay in advance?

50% of trip cost and balance on or before 15th Oct

What's the mode of transportation?

Cancellation Policy
  • More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost or the initial deposit is charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost is charged.
  • 14 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost is charged.
  • Within 8 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost is charged, with no refunds.
  • No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, lockdowns, or COVID-related issues.
