  • Any changes/Cancellation/Reschedule of flights are not liabilities of Appooppanthaadi
  • If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. We will not be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
  • Travel to Ghandruk is in a bumpy ride. Please prepare yourself for this journey.
  • On Day 6, you will arrive in Kathmandu, and late evening departure flights are also available. However, in case of delays in domestic flights, the same-day departure could be affected.

Day 01Reaching Kathmandu

Pick up from Kathmandu Airport at 04:00PM. In the evening, we will meet for a short briefing about your tour program.
Overnight at Thamel

Day 02Kathmandu local sightseeing

Kathmandu sightseeing.

Day 03Kathmandu local sightseeing and travel to Pokhara

Visit Bhaktapur Durbar square and transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport and fly to Pokhara.

Why the joining point is Kathmandu why not anywhere in Kerala?

As people are joining from different parts of India it’s difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible. But we can assist you to connect your fellow travellers and assist in flight booking.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveler who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who traveling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay at each place you can keep the bag in your room.

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets, and other necessities for the stay

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes, you can.

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years: child rate applies ( 70 % of adult cost )
•⁠ ⁠Above 5 years: Charges as per adult cost (with bed/seat)

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

When should I book my return ticket on Day 7?

You can book your flight tickets considering morning drop off at airport which will start from hotel at 09:00AM

** Any failure to pay EMI on time will lead to cancellation of registration without refund
Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
