A trip to Rann Utsav includes exploring Ahmedabad’s heritage, Bhuj’s rich history, and the breathtaking white salt desert of the Rann of Kutch. The vibrant festival showcases traditional crafts, folk music, dance, and cultural events, set against the stunning backdrop of the moonlit salt flats.

Know before you go

  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reasons like: election card, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhar
  • In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear such problems as may arise during the tour
  • We will have one pick up from the airport at 06:00AM. Drop off on the last day is at 05:00PM. Anyone who wants to leave early or late, can arrange their transportation on their own with the help of Buddy.
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
Itinerary

Day 01 (Jan 21): - Ahmedabad - Bhuj (350km)

Upon arrival at Ahmedabad Airport, meet our representative, and straight drive to Bhuj. Visit the
famous Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal, then check in to your hotel.
 
Overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 02 (Jan 22): - Bhuj to Dhordo (White Rann of Kutch)

After breakfast, visit the Sun Temple, then continue to Dhordo. Enjoy the breathtaking
sunset at the White Rann of Kutch. If your visit coincides with the Full Moon, experience the
magical moonlit views. Overnight stay at Rann Utsav Tent City or a nearby camp.

Day 03 (Jan 23): - Dhordo Sightseeing

Visit Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) and the Dattatreya Temple. Later, explore the Rann Utsav
Festival, enjoy local handicrafts, cultural performances, and spend another memorable evening
at the White Rann. Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 04 (Jan 24): - Dhordo to Dholavira

Drive to Dholavira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Indus Valley Civilization. Visit the
famous Road to Heaven before checking in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Dholavira.

Day 05 (Jan 25): - Dholavira and Road to Heaven

After breakfast, drive back to Ahmedabad and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in
Ahmedabad.

Day 6 (Jan 26): -Ahmedabad Sightseeing & Departure

After breakfast, visit Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, and Rani Ki Vaav. Later,
transfer to Ahmedabad Airport at 5:00PM for your onward journey.

Why is the joining point in Ahmedabad why not anywhere in Kerala?

As people are joining from different parts of India it’s difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay you can keep the bag in your room.

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No. Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • ⁠For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
