  • No show and changes/cancellation of trip due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

Know before you go

  • Please stick to time schedule as its a two day trip covering multiple destinations
  • Carry a water bottle so that you can refill
  • We will stick to our time schedule and we will not be waiting for any late running trains/buses. Please book your tickets accordingly
  • No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused
  • Additional jeep rides, if required, will be at an extra cost.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited throughout the trip
  • Campfire, views and visibility are subject to weather conditions
  • Tents are 3 sharing and A frames are 4 sharing. A Frames are on first pay first serve basis
  • During the peak season, the area is expected to be crowded, which may affect traffic and schedules. We will do our best to cover everything we have promised, but if traffic becomes too heavy, there may be delays in reaching the camp or in the return drop-off

08:00AM : Starting from Kochi South station

12:30PM : Lunch

03:00pm : Check in at the campsite

07:30pm : Campfire & Music/Sharing Sessions.

08:30pm : Dinner

09:00am : Check out from Camp and Jeep safari starts with the following attractions

  • Chilanthiyar Waterfall(Depending on the Weather Condition)
  • Tiger Cave visit (Depending on the Weather Condition)
  • Nayattu Film shooting point
  • Strawbery farm visit
  • Pazhathottam View point

FAQ

Why is the joining point in Kochi, why not anywhere in Kerala?

Long hours of journey in Tempo traveller will make the trips costly. So it’s better to choose your own comfort mode of transport and make the trip more cost-effective. Also, not all are joining from Kerala, there are people from other states too. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay, you can keep the bag at your tent.

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes but we allow kids above 6yr only (charges same as adults) and 0 to 3yr old with no charges (no seat and no separate bed)

Do I need to carry any blankets?

No. The campsite will provide necessities for the stay

 

Will there be leaches?

 It depends on the weather. If it’s sunny, there will not be much but still as we are camping in the forest, we can expect leaches as it’s their territory.

After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?

It’s strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration

Cancellation Policy
  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: Cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge, with no refund provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, lockdowns, or any other contingencies.
