  • The package cost excludes airfare.
  • Please depart on suggested timings to avoid any inconvenience.
  • The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
  • Make sure your Passport has 6 months validity on your arrival time at Malaysia
  • Pick up from the airport on Day 1 is at 02:00PM and we have only drop off on the last day. Anyone who wants to leave early or late, can arrange their transportation on their own with the help of Buddy.
  • The package cost is not included 5% TCS which you can reimburse during your Tax returns and this needs your PAN Card. For those who don't have a PAN Card, have an additional payment of 2,134rs is required. So it's always convenient to have a PAN card for international travel
  • Flight ticket refunds are governed by the respective airline’s refund policy and fare rules.
Itinerary

Day 1 : Feb 18

•⁠  ⁠KL Airport to Kuala Lumpur Hotel – Arrival & Transfer. Airport pick up at 2PM 

•⁠  ⁠Checkin to hotel – (check in time is 3pm, guests have to wait at the hotel lobby till check in time)

•⁠  ⁠Tour to Bukit bintang and Twin tower photostop at evening – (Duration: 4 hrs)

 

Day 2 : Feb 19

• Breakfast at the hotel.

•⁠  ⁠Tour to Batu caves and genting highlands – (Duration: 8 hrs)

•⁠  ⁠Genting – Cable car tickets (2 way), (Please note Cable car tickets can be upgraded to express tickets at an addition of 20 RM per person, to be confirmed one day prior to the travel)

Day 3 : Feb 20

• Breakfast at the hotel.

•⁠ ⁠Kuala lumpur Half Day City tour – (Twin tower photostop, KL Tower photostop, National Mosque, National Monument. Independence Square, Choclate outlet and Kings Palace) (Duration: 4 hrs)

•⁠  ⁠KL tower – (observatory deck) with entry tickets

Day 4 : Feb 21

•⁠  ⁠Checkout from hotel – (hotel check-out is before 12:00 PM)

•⁠  ⁠Tour to KLCC Aquarium – (Duration: 2 hrs)

•⁠  ⁠KLCC Aquarium – With entry tickets

•⁠  ⁠Drop off to KL Airport at 5PM

Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who are travelling from your city

Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay at each place you can keep the bag in your room.

Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes, charges according to the age group

Do I need to take a VISA before the trip?

No. Malaysia has VISA on arrival. There will be immigration counter at the airport where you can share your details and get a VISA. More details such as Hotel address and all will be provided later in the group. You MUST have a passport with 6 months validity for visa on arrival

Can I pay the total amount as installments?

Yes, after an advance payment of 3,625rs you can pay monthly a small amount towards the balance payment as following

5th November 2026 – 7,000rs

5th December 2026 – 7,000rs

5th January 2027 – 6,000rs

Any failure to pay EMI on time will lead to cancellation of registration without refund

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
