Know before you go

  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License, Passport
  • Climatic conditions in the hill stations vary from the plains.
  • The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
  • During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, we will rearrange the itinerary for the travellers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
  • Any services which is cancelled due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise, is not refundable
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility
  • Pick up from the airport is at 04:00PM. Drop off is at 09:00AM. Beyond these timings, please manage pick up and drop off on your own.
Itinerary

Day 1 (Aug 31)

Reaching Guwahati, Assam from where we start the journey and same day we will travel to Shillong
Please book your flights which reach before 4PM at Guwahati Airport. We will start by 4PM from Airport.
Overnight stay at Shillong

Day 2 (Sep 1)

Morning after breakfast we will set out for local sightseeing in Shillong
Elephanta Falls
Shillong View Point
Shopping and exploring the local market on your own in the afternoon
Overnight stay at Shillong

Day 3 (Sep 2)

We will check out from hotel after the breakfast and continue our journey towards Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village.
Visit Laitlum
Krang Shuri falls
Dawki
Overnight stay at Mawlynnong

Day 4 (Sep 3)

Morning after breakfast will check out from Mawlynnong home stays and head towards Cherrapunjee
Visit Riwai village and Single root bridge
Balancing Rock in Mawlynnong or Maw Ryngkew Sharatia
Nohkalikai Falls.
Nohsngithiang Falls or Seven sister falls
Arwa Caves
Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee

Day 5 (Sep 4)

Visit the world’s second-largest route bridge and Double Decker living root bridge. You have to climb 7200 steps up and down for this. (anyone those who have inconvenience with the climb can stay back at the hotel on that day). On this climb you will be accompanied with our local guide and buddy will accompany till the trekking starting point only.
Overnight at Cherrapunjee

Day 6 (Sep 5)

Morning after breakfast we will check out from Cherrapunjee and start our return journey towards Guwahati

1. Why the joining point is Guwahati why not anywhere in Kerala?

As travelers are joining from various parts of India, arranging pickups from every location is not feasible.

2. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?

Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveler who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who traveling from your city

3. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?

No. During the stay at each place you can keep the bag in your room.

4. Do I need to carry any blankets?

No Hotels will provide pillows, blankets, and other necessities for the stay

5. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?

Yes, you can.

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
  • ⁠For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
  • No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
