  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: Cancellation charges will be the initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge, with no refund provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, lockdowns, or any other contingencies.
